The “MAREM” extra virgin olive oil is 100% Italian with olives processed a few hours after harvesting in order to preserve their characteristics and genuineness to the maximum.
The extra virgin olive oil produced by the Company, to the nose is broad and elegant with hints of thistle and bitter herbs, to the taste it is fine and enveloping with vegetal and almond notes at the end.
Bitter and spicy tastes are well balanced and harmonious.
Suitable for any type of cuisine, it is particularly exalted when used raw, especially on bruschetta, raw and cooked vegetables, legumes and salads.
